Here is a sample menu that we have put together for a wedding in September for you to have a look at, as all our menus are tailormade to suit our clients needs.
Canapés on arrival at venue
Kerry oysters served with a Murphy's shot
Escalope's of seafood served with a homemade tartar sauce
Duck pate served on a water biscuit with Cumberland sauce
Crab meat served with a chive and lemon mayonnaise
Deep fried vegetables served with a Greek dip
This menu would be €55 per person based on 120 persons.
We also have full bar facility, evening food, or a BBQ if you would require a simple midnight burger.
Mortell catering pride ourselves that we are the only restaurant in Limerick, to be accepted by BIM Seafood Ireland, this guarantees that all the fish we use is Irish and hand picked from the market by myself. Our beef is sourced from our local butcher Mr Ray Conlon who rears and slaughters his own cattle.
