Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website . We are a catering company based in Limerick. We are a family business that is now in its 51st year. We also pride ourselves that we are the only restaurant in Limerick, to be accepted by BIM Seafood Ireland, this guarantees that all the fish we use is Irish and hand picked from the market by myself. Our beef is sourced from our local butcher Mr Ray Conlon who rears and slaughters his own cattle.
Here is a SAMPLE MENU that we have put together for a wedding in September for you to have a look at, as all our menus are tailormade to suit our clients needs.
Canapes on arrival at venue
Kerry Oysters served with A Murphys shot
Sauteed prawns served with a lemon and chive mayonaise dip
Duck pate on a water biscuit with a cumberland sauce
Crab bouches
Vegetarian canape (can be discussed later)
Starter
Smoked Irish salmon with a red onion and tossed leaves with a lime and horse radish vinergerette
Soup of the day (this would be vegetarian, lactose and wheat free)
Selection of homemade brown bread and our own bread rolls
Main Course
Grilled sirloin of beef served with a hunter style sauce on ther side or a traditional beef gravy served in a sauce boat
Poached hake lemonuaire(this is a white wine-olive oil reduction) served with a potato grautin, vegetables in season and baby boiled potatoes
Dessert
Caramel chocolate biscuit cake served with an Irish cheese board and a pot of fresh coffee on each table
This menu would be €55 per person based on 120 persons.
We also have full bar facility, evening food, or a bbq if you would require a simple midnight burger.
